Where do my recordings live?
On your iPhone. Audio recordings never leave your device, and transcription happens on your iPhone too. Recordings from Apple Watch go to your paired iPhone only.
How do I turn on AI sorting?
Go to Settings → AI and pick one: Dumpling AI, which works with no setup; Apple Intelligence, which runs on supported iPhones; or your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter.
How do I export my notes?
Settings → Export everything. You get a zip of every note (Markdown and audio) plus your journal.
How do I stop wrap-up emails?
In Settings, under Daily wrap-up, turn off Email and Push notification. Once both are off, our server deletes the data it has for this phone. Your wrap-ups are still in the Journal in the app.
